AI Email Updates allow you to automatically send emails at specific stages of a load’s lifecycle. This helps you keep brokers and customers informed without the need for manual follow-ups.

Please refer to this article to Configure Email Settings:
AI Updater Email Configuration

Step 1: Activate Email Updates for a Load

  1. After creating a load, go to the Status Updates tab.

  2. Toggle on AI Email Updates.

  3. Make sure to follow the load so you can review all notifications before they are sent to the broker.

Step 2: Email Settings

  1. In the From Email field, select the email address you want the updates to be sent from.

  2. In the Email Threads field, choose the email thread where the conversation is taking place. This ensures all updates stay within the same chain.

  3. In the To field, enter one or more recipient email addresses.

  4. (Optional) Add CC Recipients if you’d like to copy additional contacts.

Step 3: Select Email Templates

On the right-hand side, you’ll find a list of Email Templates for different load stages, such as:

  • Dispatched

  • Checked in at Pickup

  • Checked out at Pickup

  • In Transit (you can set the frequency, e.g., every 3 hours)

  • Checked in at Delivery

  • Checked out at Delivery

You can enable one or multiple templates depending on the notifications you want to send.

Once you click Save Changes, the feature will be activated.

Key Benefits:

  • Keeps all brokers updated in real-time.

  • Ensures communication remains in the same email thread.

  • Allows flexibility by choosing one or more templates.

  • Gives you control to review updates before they are sent out.
