Managing driver delays and vehicle issues has never been easier. AI Driver Calls are designed to help dispatchers stay proactive when a driver is late or stationary for too long.
How To Setup & How It Works
App & Marketplace > AI Updater. You can enable one or more monitoring conditions to track driver and vehicle status.
This feature works based on three conditions:
Engine Off (from Samsara)
The truck’s engine is off, and the vehicle is stationary.
Engine Idle (from Samsara)
The truck’s engine is on, but the vehicle is still not moving.
Driver ETA Overdue
If the driver misses their ETA by the configured time (e.g., 30 minutes), the system triggers an alert.
Note: Notifications are only shown for the loads that you have followed, so you won’t get alerts for unrelated loads.
Notifications & AI Calls
When a condition is triggered, you’ll receive a real-time alert.
From the alert, you can select “Call Driver via AI.”
The AI Agent politely contacts the driver to ask for the reason behind the delay, engine off, or idle.
After the call, you receive a call summary notification with the driver’s response.
Clicking “Go to Conversation” allows you to review the full transcript and recording of the conversation for full visibility.
Key Benefits
