AI POD & BOL Verification is designed to minimize the manual work of dispatchers and managers by automating the verification of BOLs (Bills of Lading) and PODs (Proof of Delivery). Instead of spending time double-checking documents, the system ensures accuracy and completeness for you.

How to Enable

1. Go to Apps and Marketplace > AI Updater.

2. Enable POD & BOL Verification.

Once enabled, AI Updater will automatically verify the uploaded POD (Proof of Delivery) and BOL (Bill of Lading) documents against the Rate Confirmation (Rate Con).

How It Works

When a driver uploads a POD or BOL, AI Updater will compare it with the details on the Rate Con to ensure accuracy.

AI will specifically check for the following:

• PO Number: Ensures the PO number matches the Rate Con.

• Pickup Address: Confirms the pickup location matches correctly.

• Delivery Address: Confirms the destination location matches correctly.

• Quality of the Document: Verifies that the scan or photo is clear enough, since factoring companies may reject unclear PODs.

• Page Numbers: Makes sure all required pages are included.

• Signature & Stamp: Checks for both a valid signature and stamp. 

If there’s any mismatch or if either is missing or invalid, the AI will notify you to review the POD. AI Updater will flag the document so you can review and correct it before submitting to brokers or factoring companies.
