How To Setup & How It Works

Once you enable Broker Call Updates in App & Marketplace > AI Updater, a unique phone number will be generated for your company.


 

When a broker calls your RingCentral number, the call is answered and the broker will be prompted:

• Press 1 to talk to a human dispatcher

• Press 2 to talk to the AI and get load updates

If the broker chooses option 2, the call is automatically forwarded to our AI system.

Example interaction:

• Broker: “I need to know the load update for load 12345.”

• AI: “Okay, I found the load. The current location is in New York, and the ETA is four hours.”

The AI ensures that the broker receives clear and accurate load updates instantly.

After the conversation ends, the system logs all interactions. You’ll be able to:

• View the conversation transcript

• Listen to the call recording

• Monitor how the AI responded to the broker

This automated interaction ensures that brokers always receive accurate, real-time information without waiting for dispatcher intervention.
 

Notifications & Records

After each broker call is completed:

• By clicking “Go to Load,” you’re directed straight to the load page.

• A full transcript and recording of the conversation is stored under Status Updates > Conversations, providing full visibility and accountability.
