Spot Freight connects to Datatruck's AI Dispatcher via API credentials,  a Client ID and Client Secret issued by Spot Freight directly to the carrier. There is no FTP option or website login for this integration.

Where: Apps and Marketplace > AI Dispatcher Settings >  Integrations tab

Before You Start

Contact your Spot Freight representative to request your API credentials:

Setup Steps

1. Open AI Dispatcher Settings and go to the Integrations tab

2. Click Add Integration

3. On the Loadboard step, select Spot Freight
   
   
    

4. On the MC Number step, choose the MC this integration is for

5. On the Credentials step, paste your Client ID and Client Secret

6. Click Connect
   
   

Important Notes

• Credentials must be obtained directly from Spot Freight, the Datatruck dev team cannot generate them

• The Client Secret is write-only, after connecting, only the Client ID is visible. To update the secret, disconnect and reconnect the integration

• The integration is connected once per MC,  all users under that MC get access automatically with no per-user seats or logins required

• Only users with Settings edit rights see the Add Integration button, everyone else sees the integrations list as read-only
