Step 1: Configure Templates

• Navigate to Default Settings > Email Templates.

• Select from one of six available templates, each designed for a specific purpose (e.g., dispatch notifications, pickup verifications).
  
  
  
   

• Customize templates as needed to match your operations.

• Add additional fields if required and click Save once done.
  
  

Step 2: Assign the Email Address

• After saving your settings, the AI Updater will recognize which email address to use.

• It will strictly follow the templates you have configured.

Note: AI Updater is not automatically activated for every load. You can enable it for a specific load to ensure updates are sent according to your needs.

Step 3: How to Activate AI Updater for a Load

1. Navigate to Load Management and select a load that is in In-Transit mode.

2. Go to the Status Updates tab to enable updates specifically for this load.
   
   

Activating AI Updater

• Check “Send Via Email”

  • Default settings will populate based on your global configuration.

• Customize Email Settings (Optional):

  1. Click Email Settings for this load.

  2. Select an email address from the dropdown (populated from global settings or add a new one).

  3. Choose or create an email thread. Existing threads auto-populate TO and CC emails.

  4. Set the update frequency specifically for this load.

  5. Click Save.
     
     

Step 4: Notifications

Once activated, notifications will appear according to the configured frequency. You can skip or approve sending updates as needed, giving you flexibility and control over your communications.
