AI Updater helps you send timely load updates to brokers at key stages, such as In-Transit or Delivered, without manual intervention. With AI Updater, you can:
Schedule messages in advance.
Add multiple recipients.
Allow the AI assistant to manage broker communications automatically.
Step in anytime to take control of the conversation.
Follow the steps below to set up AI Updater:
Step 1: Subscribe and Activate AI Updater (Admins Only)
Navigate to Apps & Marketplace.
Locate AI Updater in the list of apps.
Click Subscribe.
Enter your payment method (credit/debit card or bank account).
After successful subscription, an Open button will appear, allowing you to access AI Updater.
Step 2: Grant User Permissions (Admins Only)
Once subscribed, admins must assign permissions to the right team members:
Go to Settings > User Management.
Select the users who should have access to AI Updater.
Assign them the Updater role (or another role with updater permissions).
This ensures only authorized users can manage and send updates through AI Updater.
Step 3: Configuring Global Settings in AI Updater
The Global Settings in AI Updater let you control how broker emails are handled across your account.
Skip Automatic Emails to Brokers
Enabled (checked): Emails won’t send automatically. You’ll be prompted to approve each one.
Disabled (unchecked): Emails send automatically when notifications are triggered.
Notifications
If automatic emails are skipped, the system will display a prompt to Skip or Approve & Send with a 3 min 30 sec decision window.
