Money Codes are funds issued through EFS that can be sent directly to a driver or payee for immediate use. Transactions are tracked in Datatruck with details like amount, payee, MC number, and fees.

Don't Have Access to Create Money Codes?

Money Code issuance is a restricted feature and is not enabled by default. If you don't see the option to create a code, the feature needs to be enabled on your account first.

To request access, the company owner must send an email to support@datatruck.io stating that they are the owner of the account and that they take full responsibility for all money codes issued through the account. Requests from dispatchers, accountants, or other employees will not be accepted, it must come from the owner directly.

Once received and verified, Datatruck will enable the feature on your account.

How to Create a Money Code

1. Go to Integration > Money Code

2. Click Create Money Code in the top right

3. Fill in the required details.

4. Click Save/Create
   
   

The new code will appear in the Transactions list with its Code, Code Type, Amount, and Fee Amount.

How to Send a Code to a Driver

1. Go to Integration > Money Code > Transactions

2. Select the checkbox next to the relevant code

3. Click Send to Driver

   

Syncing Transactions

Click Sync in the top right to pull the latest transaction statuses and amounts from EFS.
