If a driver profile fails to save, the cause is usually one of the issues below.
"Invalid Phone Number Format"
What it means: The contact number entered doesn't match a valid phone number format.
How to fix it:
Make sure the number includes the correct country code and digit count (e.g., +1 9994540904)
Remove any extra spaces, dashes, or special characters that may not be supported
Re-enter the number and click Save again
"Email Already Exists"
What it means: The email address you are trying to use is already registered to an existing account or driver in Datatruck.
How to fix it:
If you are creating a new driver/user, use a different email address
You can locate the existing email by filtering by Email under All Drivers
Email Field Is Missing
What it means: Email is a required field when creating a driver. The profile cannot be saved without it.
How to fix it:
Go to the driver's Main tab and locate the Email Address field
Enter a valid email address
Click Save again
