Unable to Dispatch a Load — Troubleshooting

What This Covers

If a load cannot be dispatched, the cause is usually one of the issues below.

Missing Load ID

The Load ID is a required field. If it's blank, Datatruck will not allow the load to be dispatched.

How to fix it:

  1. Open the load and click Edit Load
  2. Enter the Load ID in the required field
  3. Click Save Load in the top right corner
  4. Attempt to dispatch again

Incorrect Stop Type (Pickup Instead of Delivery)

Every load must have at least one Pickup stop and one Delivery stop. If both stops are set to the same type (both Pickup or both Delivery), Datatruck will block dispatching because the load structure is invalid.

How to fix it:

  1. Open the load and locate the incorrectly configured stop (e.g., Pickup 2)
  2. Click on that stop to edit it
  3. Change the stop type from Pickup to Delivery
  4. Save the change
  5. Attempt to dispatch again
