Step 1: Go to the Login Page

Navigate to https://app.datatruck.io/sign-in

Step 2: Click "Forgot Password"

Below the password field, click Forgot Password.

Step 3: Enter Your Email Address

Enter the email address associated with your Datatruck account and click Continue.

It'll then show that a reset password link is sent to your email.



Step 4: Check Your Email

You will receive a password reset email within a few minutes. If it does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder.

Step 5: Set a New Password

1. Click the reset link in the email.

2. Enter a new password.

3. Confirm the new password.

4. Click Save or Reset Password.

Step 6: Log In With Your New Password

Return to https://app.datatruck.io/sign-in and log in using your updated credentials.
