Datatruck allows you to customize load notifications so you only receive alerts that are relevant to you. You can choose to receive notifications for all loads or only for the loads you follow.

How to Configure Notifications

1. Click your Profile icon.
2. Select Notification Setup.
   
   
    
3. Scroll down to the Load Management section.
4. Select the notification events you want to receive.
5. Click Save.
   
   

Notification Types

Notifications for All Loads

These notifications are triggered for every load in the system:

• BOL Uploaded
• POD Uploaded
• Driver Check-In
• Driver Check-Out
• Load Delivered
• Load Made In Transit
• Load Dispatched

Notifications for Followed Loads Only

These notifications are triggered only for loads you are following:

• BOL Uploaded (Followed)
• POD Uploaded (Followed)
• Driver Check-In (Followed)
• Driver Check-Out (Followed)
• Load Delivered (Followed)
• Load Made In Transit (Followed)
• Load Dispatched (Followed)

What's the Difference?

• Without "(Followed)": You will receive notifications for all loads.
• With "(Followed)": You will receive notifications only for the loads you follow.

Example

If you only want updates for loads you are responsible for:

1. Enable Load Dispatched (Followed).
2. Enable Load Delivered (Followed).
3. Leave the remaining options disabled.
4. Click Save.

You will then receive notifications only when a load you follow is dispatched or delivered.
