Datatruck makes it easy to upload documents in bulk for trucks, trailers, and drivers, by using bulk upload button, saving you time and ensuring all records are organized in the right folders.

However, to ensure a smooth upload process, there are a few key guidelines to follow.

Important Upload Guidelines

To avoid errors and ensure all documents are processed correctly.

  • Do NOT upload ZIP or RAR archive files.
The system does not support archived folders. If you try to upload one, you’ll see an error stating: “Folder is empty.”
  • Use a regular (unarchived) folder.
Make sure you select a standard folder with files inside it, not a compressed file.
  • Subfolders are supported. If your main folder contains subfolders (e.g., organized by document type), all documents inside will still be uploaded successfully.

How Bulk Upload Works

  1. Navigate to the Trucks, Trailers, or Drivers section from the left-hand menu.
  2. Go to the profile of the the truck/trailer/driver.
  3. Go to the Documents tab.
  4. Click on Bulk Upload.

You’ll be prompted to upload a folder from your computer.
