Setting the correct start of the week is important for weekly salary calculations, organizing your reports according to your workweek, and overall workflow. This is especially useful for companies that pay drivers or staff on a weekly wage schedule. Here's how you can select the starting day of the week in Datatruck:

Steps to Change the Start of the Week:

1. Go to Settings from the main menu.

2. Click on Default Configurations.

3. Find the option labeled Start of the Week.

4. Choose your preferred day (e.g., Sunday, Monday).

5. Click Save to apply the change.

Once updated, the new start day will reflect across relevant areas such as salary settlements of drivers. While creating new salary batch by default it will show your selected start day (in this case it's Monday).





The selected start of the week will also reflect in the driver's settlement. It defines the Period Start and Period End dates, helping clearly show the range covered for each pay.
