Datatruck is a Transportation Management System (TMS) designed to help trucking companies manage their loads, drivers, fleet, payroll, accounting, and integrations, all in one platform.

When you log in, the default landing page is Load Management. All other sections are accessible from the left sidebar.

To show or hide the sidebar, click the arrow in the top-left corner of the screen.

Main Navigation Sections

Datatruck currently has 19 sections accessible from the left sidebar:

1. Dashboard

High-level overview of company performance and reporting.

2. Mailbox

Internal messaging and email communication directly within Datatruck.

3. Load Management

The core of the platform. Create, manage, and track all freight loads from offer to paid.

4. Planning Calendar

Visual calendar view for scheduling and planning load assignments across your fleet.

5. Map

Live map showing real-time truck locations and load routes.

6. Accounting

Invoicing, billing, and financial transaction management.

7. Payroll

Driver and employee payroll processing and salary settlement.

8. Customer Management

Manage brokers, shippers, and customers — including credit scores and contact details.

9. Safety

Driver safety records, violations, claims, and inspection tracking.

10. Fleet Management

Manage trucks, trailers, documents, and scheduled maintenance.

11. Maintenance

Track and schedule vehicle maintenance tasks and service history.

12. HR Management

Manage driver and employee profiles, documents, and onboarding.

13. Reports

Generate financial, operational, and compliance reports.

14. Integration

Connect Datatruck with third-party tools including ELDs, factoring companies, fuel cards, and more.

15. Tasks

Create and assign internal tasks for your team.

16. EDI

Electronic Data Interchange: automate load and invoice data exchange with brokers and customers.

17. Apps & Marketplace 

Browse and connect additional apps and tools to extend Datatruck's functionality.
