Safe Lane ELD is a self-serve ELD integration that brings truck location data into Datatruck.

Where: Settings > Integrations > ELD

Setup Steps

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > ELD and find the Safe Lane ELD 
   
   
    

2. Click Get Started (or View Connection if already set up), then click Create
   
   
    

3. Fill in:

   • USDOT: enter the Safe Lane Company ID provided by Safe Lane (not your DOT number)

   • Token: paste your Safe Lane API token here

   • MC Number

4. Click Test Connection, then click Save
   
   

Important Notes

• Trucks are matched by VIN so VINs must match exactly between Safe Lane ELD and Datatruck
