TN360 is a self-serve telematics integration that syncs truck location data into Datatruck using an API key.

Where: Settings > Integrations > Telematics

Before You Start

Contact your TN360 representative to request your API key:

To: your TN360 representative
Subject: API Key Request [Company Name]

Hi,

We are integrating TN360 with our Datatruck TMS. Could you please provide our API key to complete the setup?

Our MC number is [MC Number].

Thank you,
[Your Name]
[Company Name]
[Phone Number]

Setup Steps

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Telematics
   
   
    
2. Find the TN360 card and click Get Started
   
   
    
3. Select your MC Number
4. Paste your API Key into the Token field
5. Click Connect to TN360
6. On the details page, click Sync Trucks
7. Compare Total Trucks with Connected Trucks.
8. In the Option / Send table, toggle on the data points you want synced and click Save

Important Notes

• There is no Test Connection button, a successful connect and sync confirms the integration is working
• Trucks are matched by VIN. VINs must match exactly between TN360 and Datatruck
