Thermoking is a self-service telematics integration that syncs trailer location and reefer temperature into Datatruck. It does not cover trucks or driver logs as it's trailers only.

Where: Settings > Integrations > Telematics > Thermoking

Before You Start

You'll need the following from your Thermoking Tracking account.

• Username

• Password

• API Token

Setup Steps

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Telematics
   
   
    

2. Find the Thermoking integration and click Get Started
   
   
    

3. Select the MC Number the units belong to

4. Enter your Username and Password

5. Paste your API Token into the Token field

6. Click Connect to Thermoking
   
   
    

7. Back on the integrations list, click the magnifier icon (Check Credentials) on the Thermoking row to confirm the connection is working
   
   

Choosing What Syncs

1. Double-click the Thermoking row to open the integration settings
2. In the grid at the bottom, toggle Location and Temperature on or off
3. Click Save
   
   

How Syncing Works

• Once connected, data syncs automatically every 5 minutes
• To force an immediate sync, click the green sync icon on the list row or click Sync Trucks on the detail page. Despite the label, Thermoking only brings trailer data

• The integration must be Connected and the MC must be Active for automatic syncs to run
