Blackberry is a self-serve telematics integration that syncs truck location data into Datatruck using an API key.

Where: Settings > Integrations > Telematics

Before You Start

Contact your Blackberry representative to request your Radar API key:

Hi,

We are integrating BlackBerry Radar with our Datatruck TMS. Could you please provide our API key to complete the setup?

Setup Steps

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Telematics
   
   
    
2. Find the Blackberry card and click Get Started
   
   
    
3. Select your MC Number
4. Paste your BlackBerry Radar API Key into the Token field
5. Click Connect to Blackberry
   
   
    
6. On the details page, click Sync Trucks
   
   
    
7. Compare Total Trucks with Connected Trucks. A gap means VINs don't match between Blackberry and Datatruck
8. In the Option / Send table, toggle on the data points you want synced and click Save

Important Notes

• There is no Test Connection button, a successful connect and sync confirms the integration is working
• Trucks are matched by VIN so VINs must match exactly between Blackberry and Datatruck
