Datatruck allows fleet managers to assign inspection forms directly to drivers through the platform. Once assigned, drivers can view and complete these inspections from the DT Driver mobile app with just a few taps.

Here’s how the process works:

Send Inspection Form to Driver

Click on the three dots (⋮) next to the inspection form.

Choose "Send to Driver."

Select the appropriate driver from the list.

Click Submit.




Once submitted, the inspection form will be sent to the driver’s app.

How Drivers Can Access and Complete the Inspection

On the DT Driver mobile app, the driver should:

1. Open the app and go to their Profile.
2. Tap on Inspections.
   
   
   
    
3. A list of pending inspections will appear.
4. Tap on any inspection to open it.
   
   
    
5. Fill out the required details in the form.
6. Hit Submit once done.
   
   
   
    

Once submitted, the form is marked as completed and will be reflected in the system.
