How General Chat Works

General Chat lets staff and drivers communicate easily outside of load-related discussions. The chat is divided into two groups, one for drivers and one for staff, making it simple to keep conversations organized.
 

To send a message:

  1. Click the chat icon in the top-right corner. 


     

  2. Select Staff or Driver and find the person by searching the list.


     

  3. Type your message and send.


     

Drivers will see your messages in the General Chat section of their DT Driver App, while staff will find them in Datatruck’s General Chat.
