Option 1 — Reset It Yourself

1. Go to the Datatruck login screen

2. Click Forgot Password
   
   
    

3. Enter the email address and the company name linked to your account
   
   
    

4. Click Confirm

5. Check your inbox (or Spam folder) for a password reset email from Datatruck

6. Click the link in the email and set a new password

7. Log back in

Option 2 — Ask Your Admin to Reset It

If you don't have access to the email on file, contact your company and ask them to either:

• Resend your login credentials — they can resend your password from your user profile in Datatruck

• Reset your password on your behalf — they can update your password from your profile
