Accessing Your Driver Mobile App Account


Step 1: Installation

Download and install the DT Driver app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

Step 2: Open the App

Once installed, open the app on your device.

Step 3: Enter Your Credentials

Fill in the following fields:

  • Company Name: Enter the company name associated with your Datatruck account.
  • Username: Enter the username created by your company's admin.
  • Password: Enter the password.

Step 4: Access the App

Once the correct credentials are entered, you will be logged in and can access all app features

 


How to Use the Driver Mobile App

Part 1: Confirming the Load

  1. Open the app — you will land on the Loads screen under the Current tab.
  2. Review your assigned load details including Trip #, pickup address, delivery address, and scheduled dates.
  3. Tap the Confirm button on the load card to accept the assignment.
  4. A "Successfully Confirmed" notification will appear, and the load status will update to Accepted.
     

Part 2: Check In / Check Out at Pickup & Delivery

  1. Tap on your confirmed load to open the Load Info screen.
  2. You will see your stops listed — PU (Pickup) and DEL (Delivery) — each with the location address, company name, and ready time.
  3. At the pickup location, tap Check In to log your arrival.
  4. Once loading is complete, tap Check Out to log your departure.
  5. Repeat the same Check In / Check Out process at the delivery location.

    Note: The BOL status will show "Not uploaded" until you complete the upload step below.

 

Part 3: Uploading BOL (Bill of Lading) & POD (Proof of Delivery)

  1. Inside the load, tap the BOL button on the pickup stop, or the POD button on the delivery stop.
  2. The Document screen will open, showing the document status as Missing.
  3. Choose one of the following upload options:
    • From Gallery: select an existing photo from your phone
    • From File: select a saved document file
    • Camera: take a live photo of the document
  4. Once the document is captured, a preview will appear showing "Only 1 Page" (or more if multi-page).
  5. Tap Done to confirm, or Add Image to add more pages.
  6. Tap Upload to submit the document — the status will update once uploaded successfully.

 

Part 4: Communicating with Dispatchers

  1. Tap the Chat icon at the bottom navigation bar.
  2. The Chat screen has two tabs:
    • Loads: messages tied to a specific load
    • General: open communication with your dispatch team
  3. Tap on the relevant load thread (e.g., DT-000483) to open the conversation.
  4. Type your message in the "Text message here" field at the bottom.
  5. Tap the Send arrow to deliver your message.
