This article walks through what a driver sees in the DT Driver mobile app at each stage of a load, from assignment to completion.
1. Load Assignment
- Not assigned: The app shows a screen indicating there's no active load.

- Assigned: The driver receives a notification with sound, and/or can check for updates using the Check Updates button.

2. Reviewing and Confirming the Load
The driver can open the load and review all the details by tapping the load info. Once everything looks correct, the driver taps Confirm to accept the load. A confirmation success message appears once this is done.
3. Pickup
When the driver arrives at the pickup location, they tap Check In. Once checked in, the load automatically updates to In-Transit status.
4. Uploading BOL
After checking out from pickup, the driver can optionally upload the Bill of Lading (BOL):
- Tap the BOL upload option.
- Choose to upload from files or take a photo directly.
- Once uploaded, the load info will show Uploaded BOL.

The BOL and any other documents can be viewed anytime in the load's Documents section.
5. Delivery
When the driver arrives at the delivery location, they check in the same way as pickup. On check-out, depending on the customer's billing type and requirements, the app may prompt for a Proof of Delivery (POD) upload.
6. Load Completion
Once POD (if required) is uploaded, the load moves from the driver's current loads into a Processing state. After the dispatch team reviews and accepts the load and its documents, the load moves into the History section.
