How To Upload Truck/Trailer Documents

Each truck or trailer profile has a Documents section where you can store registration, insurance, inspection records, lease agreements, and other compliance files. The same process applies to both trucks and trailers.
 

Step 1 — Open the Documents Tab

  1. Go to Fleet Management > Trucks (or Trailers)

  2. Open the relevant unit

  3. Click the Documents tab
     

Step 2 — Upload a Document

To upload to a specific category:

  1. Click the arrow next to the relevant folder (e.g., Insurance, Registration) to expand it

  2. Upload the file into that folder

To upload multiple documents at once:

  1. Click Bulk Upload in the top right

  2. Select the files from your computer

  3. Assign each file to its corresponding category


 

Step 3 — Add Document Details

For each uploaded document, you can fill in:

  • Issue Date — when the document was issued

  • Exp. Date — expiration date, if applicable

  • Notes — any relevant internal notes

The Uploaded Date is recorded automatically.

 

Step 4 — Save

Click Save in the top right corner to confirm any changes made to the Documents section.
