In Datatruck, safety management is centralized to help you track, assign, and monitor important compliance and incident-related activities. Once tasks are created in the Safety section, they will automatically appear under each truck’s profile, giving you a complete overview in one place.
Accessing the Truck Safety Task List
Go to Fleet Management.
Select Trucks.
Choose the truck you want to review.
Navigate to the Safety tasks tab.
Here, you will see a full list of all safety-related tasks connected to the selected truck.
What You’ll See in the Safety Task List
The Safety tasks tab provides an organized table where you can easily review:
Task ID: A unique identifier for each safety task.
Type: The category of the task (e.g., Claim, Alcohol test, Compliance).
Date: When the task was created or logged.
Driver: The driver associated with the task.
Truck & Trailer: The specific unit linked to the safety task.
Status: Current progress (e.g., Pending, In Progress).
Amount fields: If costs or billable amounts are involved.
Location & Notes: Additional details for context.
Benefits of the Safety Task List
Centralized tracking: See all safety-related activities for each truck in one place.
Compliance monitoring: Ensure tasks like inspections, alcohol/drug testing, or claims are properly logged.
Financial visibility: Track billable or deductible amounts tied to incidents or claims.
