Raven Connect is a self-serve telematics integration that syncs truck location, odometer, fuel level, and speed into Datatruck. All four data points are enabled by default and can each be toggled on or off individually.

Where: Settings > Integrations > Telematics

Before You Start

Contact your Raven Connect representative to request your Integration Key and Secret:

Hi,

We are integrating Raven Connect with our Datatruck TMS. Could you please provide our Integration Key and Integration Secret to complete the setup?

Our MC number is [MC Number].

Setup Steps

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Telematics
   
   
    

2. Find the Raven Connect card and click Get Started
   
   
    

3. Select your MC Number

4. Enter your Integration Key and Integration Secret provided by Raven Connect

5. Click Connect to Raven Connect
    
    

6. On the details page, click Sync Trucks to pull in trucks immediately

What Syncs

Raven Connect brings in the following data points, all enabled by default:

• Location

• Odometer

• Fuel Level

To toggle any of these on or off, open the integration details page and switch each one individually, then save.
