Paying drivers by the hour is a fair and flexible way to compensate time-based work such as waiting, long-distance trips, or special assignments. This guide explains how to create an hourly payment tariff and ensure drivers are paid accurately based on the hours they work.

Steps to Create an Hourly Pay Tariff

1. Create a New Tariff

   • Open driver's profile and go to Accounting.

   • Select the option to create a new tariff.

   • Choose Hourly as the payment type.

2. Set the Hourly Rate

   • Enter the amount you want to pay the driver per hour. 

3. Save and Activate the Tariff

   • Once saved, this hourly tariff will be applied for this driver.
      

     

How Hourly Pay Appears in Trips

When the hourly tariff is assigned to a driver:

• The hourly rate will automatically appear in the load's trip details.

• The system will calculate the total based on the Quantity field.
   

Adjusting the Quantity for Accurate Payment

To ensure drivers are paid correctly:

• Update the Quantity to match the actual hours worked.

  • For example, if a driver worked 5 hours, set the quantity to 5.

• The total payment will automatically adjust based on this number.
