Datatruck allows you to easily customize your reports and statements to match your business workflow. One key customization is the ability to show both Pick-Up (PU) and Delivery (DEL) dates and times on your statements giving you full visibility for every load.

This feature can be applied to Driver Statements, Dispatcher Statements, and Bill Statements.
Below, we’ll show an example using the Driver Statement configuration.

Why Show Both PU & DEL Times?

Including both Pick-Up and Delivery times helps improve reporting accuracy and operational visibility.
It allows you to:

  • Track load movement from start to finish

  • Verify timing for pay settlements and billing

  • Provide transparent documentation for drivers, dispatchers, and clients

Example: Driver Statements

Step 1: Go to Reports Customization

  1. From your Datatruck dashboard, open the sidebar menu.

  2. Navigate to: Settings → Reports Customization → Driver Statements.

Step 2: Configure Date Settings

  1. In the Elements section, find the dropdown labeled Earnings Table Date.

  2. Click the dropdown and select “Both dates”.

    • This option ensures both Pick-Up and Delivery dates and times are displayed on each load in the Driver Statement.

Step 3: Save and Preview

  1. Click Save in the top-right corner to apply your changes.

Use the Preview option to confirm that both dates now appear in your statement layout.

Note: The same configuration can be applied to:

  1. Dispatcher Statements

  2. Bill Statements

Just follow the same process under each respective tab in Reports Customization, and select “Both dates” from the Earnings Table Date dropdown. Then save your settings.
