Expired recurring charges can still be added to a driver’s statement if they were missed, deleted by mistake, or need to be applied to the next settlement. Follow the steps below to add the charge correctly.

When to Use This

You can use this process if:

  • A recurring charge has expired but still needs to be applied

  • The charge was accidentally deleted

  • You want to add the charge to the next driver settlement

Steps to Add an Expired Recurring Charge

  1. Open the driver’s statement for the settlement you want to apply the charge to.

  2. Click Add Charges.

  3. Select Recurrents from the charge options.

  4. Locate the expired recurring charge and checkmark it.

  5. Click Save.

Once submitted, the expired recurring charge will be added to the driver’s statement and included in the settlement and the status of the charge will be changed to completed.
