If you want to include in-transit loads (loads that are still active and not yet delivered) in the driver’s salary calculation, you can easily enable this setting from the Default Configurations section in Datatruck.
This option allows salary statements to consider trips that are currently in progress, giving you more flexibility when processing driver payments.
Steps to Enable In-Transit Loads in Salary
Go to Settings from the left-hand menu.
Click on Default Configurations under TMS Customizations.
Open the Accounting tab.
Toggle Enable IN TRANSIT trips to be added to driver salary to ON.
Click Save Changes in the top-right corner to apply the update.
What Happens Next
Once this option is enabled, Datatruck will let you include in-transit trips when calculating driver salary statements. This ensures that even ongoing trips contribute to the driver’s total earnings, depending on your company’s pay structure.
If you prefer to only include completed trips, simply toggle this setting off again.
