In Datatruck, you can add warnings to a trailer’s profile to help track important notes, statuses, or conditions. Follow the steps below to add a custom warning:

Steps to Add a Custom Warning

1. Open the Trailer’s Profile

• Go to Fleet Management > Trailers.

• Select the trailer you want to update.
  
  
   

2. Go to the “Others” Tab

• Inside the trailer’s profile, click on the Others tab.

3. Add a Warning

• Click on Add Warning.
  
  
   

• Enter the Warning Title.

4. Choose the Warning Type

• Select one of the following options:

  • Check Custom Warning – Add a specific type of custom warning.

  • On Hold – Mark the trailer as temporarily unavailable.

5. If “Check Custom Warning” is Selected

• Choose the type of custom warning from the drop-down list.

6. Save Changes

Once you’ve entered the details, click Save to update the trailer’s record.
