In Datatruck, you can keep a detailed record of your trailer’s tires for proper tracking and maintenance. Follow the steps below to add tires to a trailer:

Steps to Add Tires

1. Open the Trailer’s Profile

• Navigate to the Trailers section from Fleet Management.

• Select the trailer you want to update.
  
  
  
  2. Go to the “Others” Tab

• Inside the trailer profile, click on the Others tab.

• This section contains additional information and attachments related to the trailer.
   

3. Click on “Add Tire”

• Click on Add Tire to enter the tire details.
  
  
   

• Fill in the required fields: 

• MC Number: Select if the tire is linked to a specific MC. (Optional) 

• Tire Position: Choose the position where the tire is installed. (Required)

• Name: Assign a name for easier identification. (Required)

• Tire Status: Select whether the tire is New or Used. (Required)

• PSI: Record the tire pressure.  (Optional)

• Tread Depth (inches): Enter the current tread depth. (Optional)

• Tire Meter (miles): Track the mileage on the tire.  (Optional)

• Once all details are entered, click Save to update the trailer’s record.

By keeping your trailer’s tire records updated, you’ll have a reliable history for maintenance planning and compliance checks.
