Maintenance reports play a vital role in managing the health and performance of your fleet. These reports give you a clear overview of the work done on each truck, the associated costs, and the timing of each repair or service. Whether you're monitoring recurring issues, budgeting for future expenses, or ensuring compliance with safety standards, having a detailed maintenance report helps you stay informed and in control. 

•  Go to the Maintenance:
  From the left menu, navigate to Maintenance.
  
  

• Export the Report:
  Click on the Export button.
  
  

• Download the Report:
  In the dropdown, click Download Report.
  
  
   

• View Service History:
  The downloaded report will include the service history for all of the trucks with the type of maintenance along with date and the aggravated amount, giving you a clear picture of your fleet’s maintenance activity.
