Driver statement contains all important information about his payroll that are divided into several sections:

1. The amount of money that is being charged, should be paid and is being paid to a driver:

3. Load pay- if the driver's pay is based on percentage from gross, the load pay and his pay is demonstrated. If driver is paid for per mile, total mile and empty miles are shown as well as the driver pay accordingly.

5. Other pay- types of the pay for which driver is being paid and its amount:

6. Balances- how much the driver owes to company or how much the company lends the driver.

7. Fuel and toll transaction- the list of states in which the truck is refueled and the amount paid.
