Follow these steps to add a new truck to Datatruck.

Step 1: Open Fleet Management

Go to Fleet Management > Truck, and click Create Truck in the upper-right corner.

Step 2: Choose a Creation Method

You can create a new truck two ways: using AI or manual entry.

Option A: Create with AI (Upload Truck registration

1. Choose the MC you want to add the truck under.
2. Upload the truck's registration document. The AI can read PDFs and most image formats (PNG, JPG).
3. Click Done.

Option B: Create Manually

1. Fill in the truck's information on the Add Truck screen.
2. Upload any necessary documents.
3. Click Save to add the truck to your fleet.
