To create a new truck, please follow the step-by-step guide below:

Step 1. Create Truck

Log in to your account and go to Fleet management section and locate the "Create Truck" button located on the right upper corner of the system. Click on the "create truck" button to initiate the process of adding a new truck unit to the system.

Step 2 . Options

In our system, we offer two methods for generating new truck entries: utilizing our AI or manually entering data. Each approach has its own distinct advantages and considerations.

Step 3.1. Creating truck with AI

You need to choose MC that you want to add that truck and then you will need to upload truck registration, our AI can read PDF or most of the image files (png, jpg). After completing these small steps AI will create Truck automatically you just need to check information filled by AI and save it if all filled correctly.

Step 3.2. Creating truck manually

After choosing manual entry you will see this screen

Once you have entered all the information and uploaded the necessary documents, you can click on the "save" button. This will save the information and add the new truck unit to your truck list.

You can then view the newly added truck on your truck list and access its information whenever needed.
