If a driver is leaving the company and has no trips, but has an escrow/security deposit balance and has worked for at least one month, you can return the amount by creating a final statement without trips. Here’s how:

• Please navigate to your salary batch period:

• Then click on the “Add Driver” button
  
  

• Select the driver
  
  

• Now we have an empty driver settlement for this driver, and enter inside the statement
  
  

Now we can pay the escrow to the driver in two ways

1. Click on the button to show driver balance - Review

then “See transactions” button too

Select one or more checkmakrs, also you can checkmark  “Bulk add balance to statement” 

Then it is ready. 

2. The second option is simpler:
Select this type of payment and withdraw the amount

We just enter with a minus (-) sign.
