One Time Charges

Sometimes, drivers may need to receive a special or additional payment for a specific week. This is known as a One-Time Charge. You can add this charge using either of the two methods:

Option 1: Add One-Time Charges from the Accounting Section

  1. Go to the Accounting section.

  2. Open the Salary tab, then select the One-Time Charges tab.



  3. Fill in the required details:

    • Select whether if it's a Other Pay or a Deduction

    • Select the Driver's name

    • Choose the Type of charge (e.g., Bonus, Extra Pay, etc.)

    • Enter the Date, Amount and Quantity

    • Add a Note if needed 

    • You can also upload any photo related to the charge.
  4. Click Create New. 


Option 2: Add One-Time Charges from the Driver's Profile in HR

  1. Navigate to HR Management > Drivers and open the desired driver's profile.

  2. Click the Accounting tab in the profile.

  3. Go to the One-Time Charges section.

  4. Fill in the fields shown:

    • Select Type (e.g., Other Pay or Deduction)

    • Set the Date, Quantity, and Amount

    • Add a Note or upload a photo if required

  5. Click the Create New button to add the charge


One-Time Charges will automatically be included in the driver's next salary statement. If you need to exclude it, you must manually delete it from the driver’s statement before it is processed.
