Trucks and trailers cannot be deleted in Datatruck; only set to Inactive. 

There are two ways to do this: via the asset's profile, or via bulk actions.

Where: Fleet Management > Trucks (or Trailers)

Method 1: Via Truck/Trailer Profile

1. Go to Fleet Management > Trucks (or Trailers) and open the relevant unit

2. Change the Status field to Inactive

3. Click Save

Method 2: Via Bulk Actions

1. Go to Fleet Management > Trucks (or Trailers)

2. Select the checkboxes next to the units you want to deactivate

3. Click Bulk Actions

4. Select Status, then choose Inactive

5. Click Save

This is useful for deactivating multiple trucks or trailers at once.
