This article walks you through connecting your GPS Tab account to Datatruck so your fleet's GPS data syncs automatically.

Before You Start

Make sure every truck in your fleet has its VIN number added in Datatruck. GPS Tab uses VINs to match trucks between the two systems, so integration won't work correctly if any are missing.

Step 1: Get Your API Key from GPS Tab

1. Log in to your GPS Tab account.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Open the API Keys tab.

4. Copy your API key. You'll need it in the next step.
   
   

Step 2: Connect GPS Tab in Datatruck

1. In Datatruck, go to Settings → Integrations → ELD → GPS Tab Integration.
   
   
    

2. Paste the API key you copied from GPS Tab.

3. Enter your USDOT number, MC number, and the API token.

4. Save to activate the integration.

Once activated, GPS Tab data will begin syncing with your fleet in Datatruck.
