Connect Tenstreet and your driver applicants come into Datatruck on their own. Datatruck creates a profile for each new applicant and updates existing ones as Tenstreet sends changes. Data goes one way, from Tenstreet into Datatruck.
Set up the connection
Go to Settings > Integrations > Other.
On the Tenstreet option, click Get started.
Pick the MC number and click Setup.
Copy the Webhook URL, Username and Password before you click Done. The password is shown only once.
Send all three to your Tenstreet contact. Once they enter them, applicant data starts coming in.
To manage it later, open the card and click View connection. You can disable, enable or disconnect it there.
What Datatruck does with the data
New applicants become company drivers with the status Applicant, and get a driver login.
Existing drivers are updated, not duplicated. Datatruck matches by Tenstreet driver ID, then by SSN within the same MC.
Data that comes over: name, email, phone, SSN, date of birth, address, CDL details, emergency contact, and hire and termination dates.
Compliance expiration dates go into the MVR, CDLIS, Clearinghouse, PSP Record and Medical Card folders.
Status: a hire date makes the driver Active. A termination date, or a Tenstreet status of Rejected or Do Not Hire, makes them Inactive. Inactive drivers are never reactivated automatically, so your team reinstates them by hand.
