Quickbooks (QBO) Integration
 

After completing the integration, you’ll need to set up driver salary mapping. This step ensures that driver pay details are transferred correctly from Datatruck to QuickBooks.

Access Driver Salary Mapping

1. Open Settings > Integrations > Accounting > QuickBooks.

2. Select the View icon to see the integration details.

3. Go to the Driver Salary tab.

Map Driver Salary Items

1. In the Account Mapping Items section, you’ll find the list of driver salary components in Datatruck, such as Earning, Deduction, Driver Balance and Other Pay.

2. For each salary component, choose the matching QuickBooks Item from the dropdown menu.

   • Make sure these items already exist in your QuickBooks chart of accounts.

3. Click Save to apply your changes.

Sending Driver Salary to QBO

When driver salary data is sent to QBO, a status message will appear, followed by a confirmation message once the process is complete.

If the data does not sync successfully:

• Check the Sync Status column. 

• Any errors encountered during the sync will be shown there.
