This article explains how to generate and download the toll report from Datatruck so it can be uploaded to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Access Toll Mapping

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Accounting > QuickBooks.

2. Click the View icon to open the QuickBooks integration details.

3. Select the Toll tab.

Map Toll Account

1. Under Account Mapping Items, locate the Toll field.

2. Map it to the appropriate Chart of Accounts in QuickBooks (for example, Tolls & Parking).

3. Click Save to apply the mapping.

Generate and Download the Toll Report

1. In the Report Creation section, select a From Date and To Date.

2. Choose the preferred toll display or deduction option, if available.

3. Click Download as XLS to export the toll report.

The downloaded file can then be uploaded to QuickBooks (QBO).
