Settings >  Tariffs and Payments > TONU Policy

Steps

1. Go to Settings in the left-hand menu.

2. Select Tariffs and Payments under TMS Customizations.

3. Open the TONU Policy tab.

4. Locate “Select default tariff for TONU (Driver compensation)".

5. In the Driver Compensation dropdown, choose one of the following options:

   • Full amount
     The driver receives the full TONU amount.

   • By payment tariff
     The TONU amount is calculated based on the configured payment tariff.

   

What This Setting Controls

• This setting defines how drivers are compensated for TONU (Truck Ordered Not Used).

• It determines whether the driver is paid:

  • The full TONU amount, or

  • An amount calculated from the payment tariff.

When to Use Each Option

• Full amount: Use when drivers should always receive the complete TONU compensation.

• By payment tariff: Use when TONU payments must follow predefined tariff rules.
