Enabling EDI for a User
To enable the EDI feature for a user:
Go to Settings > User Management > All Users.
Select the user you want to enable EDI for.
In Custom Permissions, add the EDI Feature.
Click Save.
Once enabled, the EDI option will appear in the navigation bar for that user.
Sending Invoices via EDI
Go to the EDI section in the navigation bar.
You will see a list of loads. In front of the load will be a blue arrow.
Click the blue arrow to send the invoice via EDI.
The Status column will update from Accepted to Sent once the invoice is successfully transmitted.
This process allows for quick electronic invoicing and keeps the status updated automatically.
