Datatruck supports integration with Chase using SFTP to securely transfer financial data. This integration allows you to automate and streamline financial processes between Datatruck and Chase, reducing manual work and improving efficiency.
Step 1: Request SFTP Credentials from Chase
To connect Datatruck with Chase, you’ll need specific SFTP credentials.

Our company, [Company Name], is a valued client of JPMorgan Chase. We are currently utilizing the Datatruck TMS platform to manage payroll processing and would like to establish an integration between Datatruck and Chase for secure payroll file transmission.
We kindly request that you provide the following information required for the setup:
- Username
- Password
- Hostname (if different from ftscat.mfts.jpmchase.com)
- Immediate Dest
- Immediate Origin
- Destination Name
- Chase public key for encryption (.asc format)

Step 2: Navigate to Chase Integration in Datatruck
Once you receive the SFTP credentials from Chase:

Open Datatruck.

Go to Settings > Integration > Accounting.

Click Get Started (for new setup) or View Connection (if you already have an integration and need to add another Chase Integration).
Step 3: Create Integration

Click Create New.

Enter the Chase SFTP credentials you received.

Click Save to complete the setup.
