You can streamline communication with your drivers by creating and using Driver Message Templates. Here's how:

1. Navigate to Templates

• Go to Settings > Integration > Templates

• Select the Driver message tab at the top 

2. Create a Template

• Click Create Driver Message Template
  
  
   

• Enter a Title and the Content of the message
  (e.g., "Hello, you’ve been assigned to a new load. Please check your app for details.")

• Save the template

3. Choose a Default Template (Optional)

• You can set one template as the default by selecting it in the Default Template dropdown

4. Send a Message to Driver(s)

• Click the Send to driver icon (paper plane icon) from the top of your screen.
  
  
   

• Select how you want to send the message (Phone SMS or Email).

• Choose to send to all drivers or select specific recipients. 

• Pick a Message Template from the dropdown.

• (Optional) Add or edit the message text.

• Click Send to driver.
