How to Prevent a Load from Being Assigned to a Driver

If a driver is currently unavailable, whether they’re busy or on leave, you can prevent dispatchers from assigning them to a load by unassigning either their truck and payment tariff, or just the payment tariff.

Steps to Mark a Driver as “Not Ready”

  1. Open the Driver’s Profile
Go to HR Management > Drivers, then click on the driver’s name to open their profile.

Unassign the Truck

    • Go to the Assignments section.

    • Find the Assigned Truck field and remove the truck.

    • Click Save.

Unassign the Payment Tariff

    • Go to the Accounting tab.

    • Remove the Payment Tariff.

    • Click Save.

Note: You need to remove the assigned truck and the payment tariff or only the payment tariff. Removing it will automatically set the driver’s status to Not Ready.

Once a driver is marked as Not Ready, the system will block any attempt to assign them to a new load. Dispatchers will receive an error message if they try to do so. As long as no payment tariff is assigned, the driver can’t be assigned to any load.
