You can create custom asset types (e.g., straps, tarps, fridge units) in Inventory, and then assign them to a specific trailer under its profile.
Step 1: Create Asset Types
Go to Settings > Inventory.
Click on Create Asset.
Enter the asset type (e.g., straps, tarps, fridge).
Save the asset type.
Step 2: Assign Assets to a Driver
Go to HR Management > Drivers.
Open the driver profile where you want to add the asset.
Select the Assets tab.
Click Assign.
Click on Add new asset.
Fill in the required details:
MC Number (if applicable)
Type (choose from the asset types you created in Inventory)
Name, Reference, Install Date, Quantity, Amount
Optional: Add a note
Click Add and assign.
The asset will now appear under the Installed assets section of the trailer’s profile.
